As frustrating as it may be to keep answering the same question, in Suzanne's defense most forum e-mails have instructions at the bottom stating how to change their email preferences, and a link to the site.
Until this is done, it's probably a good idea to just point people to the right page. In this case its:

The bright side is that once the message is at the bottom of every forum posting, it's pretty fun to say "just read the bottom of your last 50 emails..."
