Liz, there is no set rate that I am aware of. I have had professional models from agencies who get 0 to have their heads cast to be used for mannequins; which takes less than half a day. On the other had I have had models who would have worked for free just to be part of the creative process. However, many models will be delighted if the compensation is a casing of themselves. If I were you, I would simply ask the model what she wants.
