Long have these men been faced with split second decisions by putting their own lives on the line every single day. Always face to face with the "Beast", Firefighters battle this all too familiar enemy, they know what it looks like, sounds like, smells like and tastes like... it is called fire. Not only do they battle the blaze, they are part of first response to all kinds of emergencies, risking their lives to save lives. Actual lifecast of Captain Guy Couture of Station #5, Ottawa On, Canada. Authentic clothing. This piece is part of a private collection of people in their working enviroment.
